Invitation for account authorization doesn't work

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Trying to authorize another FollowMyHealth account to mine.
  • - Invitee signed in but could not reach the authorization code screen after three tries.

I'm trying to give someone authorization to access my followmyhealth account. That person also has a followmyhealth account.

I followed the procedure to do so. The invitee received the invitation, signed into their account but could not get to the screen that asked for the authorization code.

I tried it three times, to no avail. Can you help?

Also, why is it so hard to find a way to contact followmyheath support?

attempting to set up accounts, as our Dr., has moved to your service...I have done followed the directions and it still tells me....username/password incorrect....it is so frustrating and wasting my time. Attempted the desktop and mobile...Neither, worked....and the most disgusting there is no immediate help...no phone number, no ready available Customer Service, which means NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....no chat....makes everyone wonder what is being done to our private information....

Frustration they can't be contacted directly by users

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The current office limits it to appointment and billing messages.
  • - It lacks dates and a complete vaccination list; it feels automated.
Original review updated Mar 25, 2026

My previous doc's office used this to the max so I know it can be extremely good. My current doctor's office has dumbed it down so it's only useful for messaging regarding appointments and billing.

Otherwise it's just full of redundant garbage, There's no dates on anything, relevant stuff like my vaccination list is incomplete although I've given all info to my doc. I get a message that a new doc has been posted and there's basically nothing to see I think it's sent automatically (another preference?). Garbage in garbage out! My doc's office is a rather large organization (pcpgj.com) and FMH yet another interface that wastes my time and does nothing for me.

The Doc's office, doesn't even know how it's supposed to work and nobody there will cop to knowing anything about it. It's like a little bot collecting info, storing it and completely it's worthless the way it's working now.

Pros:
  • Other doctor office used it and it was amazing to see blood results
  • Etc posted
Cons:
  • Absolutely no one at my current doc office will step up and solve the problems

Preferred solution: FollowMyHealth should Get together with Primary Care Partners of Grand Junction and work with them until it's fully functioning and useful to the patients as I know from experience it can be.

User's recommendation: complain until they get it working correctly

Frustration

AI Highlights
  • - Prior doc showed blood tests and visits; useful.
  • - Current doc is an interface with redundant data.
  • - Nothing is dated; items are out of sequence.

My previous doc used this and posted information regarding blood tests, office visits etc. - it was very useful.

My current doc uses it and all the good stuff is turned off (?). It's mostly an interface (as if I don't have enough with my mobile and email) with redundant information and garbage with regard to conditions and health records. Nothing is dated, things are out of sequence. I talk to their office and they don't even know how it's supposed to work.

pcpgj.com is the office. A complete waste of time and data garbage.

User's recommendation: ignore it and get on with life.

Unable to connect to provider

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Provider invited me to connect 6 years ago.
  • - Re-installed app on a new phone; connection is lost.
  • - App shows not connected; I can't view records.

My healthcare provider has previously invited me to connect - some 6 years ago. Since then, I've had to re-load this app on a different phone, and the connection is lost on the app and online interface.

Everything works from my provider's perspective, and they send several messages whenever I see them, which I received via my email which I used to log onto FollowMyHealth. However, when I log onto FollowMyHealth online or via the app, I get the message that I am not connected to any providers. What gives? This should be an easy fix but I cannot seem to connect, there is no customer support number whatsoever, and I cannot view my medical records.

This is the worst being in the dark.

1 Start since I have to write a negative review in order to get anything fixed? How can I get this fixed?

User's recommendation: Don't do it. Opt for hard-copies of your medical records instead.

Unable to sign in to portal

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - 4 years as a patient with no prior problems.
  • - Cannot access records after trying to log in on a new device; password incorrect; support blamed me.

I have been a patient for 4 years and have never experienced a problem as a patient. The portal was never a problem until I tried to log in using a new device.

I am now unable to access my records because the site says my password is incorrect. I spoke to support and they said the problem was mine.

I followed to the letter all instructions both online and via phone and still can't access my patient info. This is not a good example of customer service!

Preferred solution: Access to my portal

User's recommendation: Be computer literate

I can't even add a provider.

AI Highlights
  • - The action box is a waste.
  • - It offers 3 ways to enter providers.
  • - None of the options work; the third is Hospitals or Clinics.

Their little action box is totally a waste. It gives "3 ways to enter your providers(s)".

None work for me, and the third choice is Hospitals or Clinics. I am trying to enter my primary health physician and my preferred pharmacy.

If you have problems logging in and the FAQ's are meaningless you are screwed! They don't want to talk to you or even chat with you!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - I set up a Google account and got a congratulatory email.
  • - Now the account can't be found and a different login is advised.

I went in on Google and set up an account and even got a congratulatory email for setting up my new account. But now magically my account can't be found -- really?

So I'm advised to use a different log in approach because I probably didn't really use Google in the first place. What a colossal waste of time -- but even more telling is the unbridled Arrogance!

You can't find the account you congratulated me for setting up and now you're just too busy to communicate with me?

Wow! Gotta call my doc and get a script for industrial strength NAUSEA!

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time!
